The same room was visualised across three viewpoints. Fixed architecture, window positions and room proportions were kept consistent while furniture, styling and atmosphere were developed as a coherent set.

About Efe
A property-aware visual communicator, comfortable in homes and with clients.
Efe Aydin is based in Milton Keynes. His background brings together photography training, an MA in Media and Communications, digital marketing through Technelogos and more than ten years of client-facing project delivery.
Residential measurement work has developed strong spatial awareness and the discipline to capture detail accurately in occupied homes. The same practical mindset supports property photography, floor-plan work and respectful client visits.
Alongside visual work, Efe is comfortable with digital tools, structured workflows and quality checks—and is ready to learn established photography, floor-plan, video, Matterport and EPC processes.
